General

These general terms and conditions apply in all cases unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time; for the latest version refer to the live version at https://forproductpeople.com/general/tandc

Payment Terms

All invoices will be subject to payment in a maximum of 15 days from the date of invoice, or the day prior to delivery, whichever is soonest.

Payment Method

Electronic bank transfers (e.g. BACS) is the only payment method accepted at this time. Bank details are available on request and included on any invoice.

Currency

All rates and payments must be in British Pounds (GBP) unless an exchange rate to an alternative currency is agreed upon. Typically this will be based on the prevailing rate at the time of invoice. This option must be agreed upon in advance and is on a case-by-case basis.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All invoices are subject to VAT at the appropriate UK rate at the time of invoice. All pricing is excluding VAT. International invoices or charges may be exempt, if this is the case, it will be indicated on the invoice.

Postponement or cancellation

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case our liability is limited to the session fees only. Should it be needed, we will communicate this as soon as we are able to.

Marketing

By using our services you grant permission for us to use your company name and logo in marketing materials such as the website.


General Training, Workshops and Coaching

These additional terms and conditions apply for all training courses, workshops and coaching.

Focus and Commitment

You are responsible for ensuring that attendees are given the time to focus on the session without distraction. That they won’t be interrupted by business issues during sessions.


In-house Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply to training courses and workshops run in-house for an organisation.

Confirmation and Payment

Full payment of the session fee is required in advance of the session. An invoice will be raised on confirmation of the session with a maximum of the payment terms above, shorter if confirmation is on short notice.

Confirmation must be in writing. If your organisation uses Purchase Orders, then this is the preferred method of confirmation.

Expenses

All expenses will be charged to your organisation following the session for which they are incurred. An estimate of the expenses will be provided, and your agreement will be requested. If this agreement is not provided in a timely manner, it may increase the costs.

An invoice will be raised following delivery to cover expenses. Receipts as evidence of actual spending may be attached on request, it may not always be possible to provide receipts for all costs, in which case they will simply be detailed on the invoice.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email).

Cancellations will receive the following refunds:

  • If the cancellation is 60 days or more before the session, a full refund will be provided less any unrecoverable expenses (such as travel bookings) and an administration fee of £500.

  • If the cancellation is 30-59 days before the session, a 75% refund will be provided less any unrecoverable expenses (such as travel bookings) and an administration fee of £500.

  • If the cancellation is 15-29 days before the session, a 50% refund will be provided less any unrecoverable expenses (such as travel bookings) and an administration fee of £500.

  • If the cancellation is less than 15 days before the session, no refund will be provided in addition to any unrecoverable expenses (such as travel bookings) being owed.

  • For a no-show, no refund will be provided in addition to any unrecoverable expenses (such as travel bookings) being owed.

Change of Date

A single change to a different date can be made up to 30 days in advance of the date of the originally booked session. A mutually suitable alternative date must be agreed upon with us. However, this may incur additional unrecoverable expenses, which you will be liable for, and an invoice will be raised for these costs.

Attendees

You may change the attendees at any time up to the date of the session. A maximum number of attendees may apply. Depending on the nature of the session, the number of attendees may have an impact on the price for the session, this may result in an additional invoice being raised. Attendance will be deemed to be acceptance of this additional cost by the organisation.


In-house + In-person Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply to training courses and workshops run in-house for an organisation and in-person at its location.

Change of Venue

As the hosting organisation you may change the venue for a session as required. However, this may incur additional unrecoverable expenses, which you will be liable for, and an invoice will be raised for these costs.

Venue and Accessibility

As the hosting organisation, you are responsible for ensuring the venue is appropriate for the sessions planned, including all equipment required to deliver the session (e.g. projector) and any accessibility requirements, such as wheelchair access for all attendees.

Additionally, any accessibility requirements that may require special provisions in the delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible and with a minimum of 15 days notice prior to the session.

Refreshments and Dietary Requirements

As the hosting organisation, you are responsible for providing appropriate refreshments (e.g. coffee, snacks and lunch) and ensuring any special dietary requirements are fulfilled for all attendees. We will advise you if we have any that need to be accommodated.


In-house + Virtual Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply for training courses and workshops run in-house for an organisation virtually.

Equipment

You are responsible for ensuring that the attendees have the appropriate equipment to attend the virtual session, including (but not limited to) a computer, camera and microphone. Where equipment malfunctions we will do our best to accommodate but the deliver will continue.

It is not recommended that groups join together using common equipment, instead, each individual should join with their own equipment.

It is not recommended that attendees join using tablets or other mobile devices, instead, they should use a PC, Mac or other computer.

Software

You are responsible for ensuring that the attendees have the appropriate software installed on their computers to attend the virtual session. This is likely to include a modern browser (e.g. Chrome) and video conferencing application (e.g. Zoom). Exact software details will be provided with joining instructions.

Workspace

You are responsible for ensuring that the attendees have an appropriate workspace to attend the virtual session, where it will be quiet and they will not be disturbed, allowing them to focus on the session.

It is not recommended that groups join together in a common space, instead, each individual should join in their own space.

Connectivity

You are responsible for ensuring that the attendees have an appropriate connection (e.g. broadband or better) to attend the session, allowing for uninterrupted video and audio streaming.

You are responsible for ensuring that any required websites and applications are not blocked (e.g. VPNs and Firewalls). Exact software details will be provided with joining instructions.

Where connectivity malfunctions, we will do our best to accommodate, but the delivery will continue.


Open Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply when an individual (or small group) is attending an open program.

Confirmation and Payment

Attendance will be considered to be confirmed on notification by the attendee, or their representative.

If the individual is paying for themselves, full payment is required on confirmation.

If an organisation, such as an employer is paying, then an invoice will be provided on request. Full payment is due on confirmation. Confirmation must be in writing. If through an organisation that uses Purchase Orders, then this is the preferred method of confirmation.

In both cases, the availability of the place is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email).

Cancellations will receive the following refunds:

  • If the cancellation is 60 days or more before the session, a full refund will be provided less an administration fee of £100 per person.

  • If the cancellation is 30-59 days before the session, a 75% refund will be provided less an administration fee of £100 per person.

  • If the cancellation is 15-29 days before the session, a 50% refund will be provided less an administration fee of £100 per person.

  • If the cancellation is less than 15 days before the session, no refund will be provided.

  • For a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Change of Date

A single transfer to an alternative session with the same content on a different date can be made up to 30 days in advance of the date of the originally booked session at no cost.

Attendees

An alternative attendee can be substituted at any time prior to the start of the session and at no cost.


Open + In-person Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply when an individual (or small group) is attending an open program delivered in-person.

Change of Venue

As the hosting organisation you may change the venue for a session as required. However, this may incur additional unrecoverable expenses, which you will be liable for, and an invoice will be raised for these costs.

Venue and Accessibility

As the hosting organisation we are responsible for ensuring the venue is appropriate for the sessions planned, including all equipment required to deliver the session. However, to help us do this, it is your responsibility to provide details of any accessibility requirements, such as wheelchair access at the point of confirmation and a minimum of 15 days prior to the session. We will do our best to fulfil these requirements, but reserve the right to offer alternative dates if we cannot implement suitable provisions in time.

Dietary Requirements

Any special dietary requirements must be provided at the point of confirmation, and a minimum of 15 days prior to the session. We will do our best to fulfil these requirements, but reserve the right to offer alternative dates if we cannot implement suitable provisions in time.


Open + Virtual Training and Workshops

These additional terms and conditions apply when an individual (or small group) is attending an open program delivered virtually.

Coaching

These additional terms and conditions apply to coaching.

Confirmation and Payment

If the individual is paying for themselves, full payment is required prior to the first session.

If an organisation, such as an employer is paying, then an invoice will be provided on request. Full payment is due prior to the first session. Confirmation must be in writing. If through an organisation that uses Purchase Orders, then this is the preferred method of confirmation.

Blocks

Coaching blocks are invoiced in advance, creating a pool of sessions that can be scheduled.

A minimum of one session must be used per month, if not scheduled, it will be deducted from the outstanding pool.

Duration and Delivery

All coaching sessions will be delivered virtually using remote meeting software. Sessions will have a duration of approximately 1 hour

Following delivery, one session will be deducted from the outstanding pool.

Scheduling

Sessions are dynamically scheduled to best suit the coach and participants’ availability, typically, this will be scheduled at the end of the prior session.

More sessions may be used per month than planned but this will impact the duration of the engagement.

Change of Date

A single change of date can be made up to 7 days in advance of the date of the originally booked.

No Show

We will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of a session. If you do not attend, the session will be deducted from the outstanding pool.

If we are unable to attend, then we will inform you as soon as we are able to, and no session will be deducted from the outstanding pool.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate equipment to attend the virtual session, including (but not limited to) a computer, camera and microphone. Where equipment malfunctions we will do our best to accommodate you during the session.
