Overview

Ask a product person anything, and you will hear “it depends” or “no.” It’s hard making product decisions. Everything is uncertain and depends on the context that is often only partially visible. There is a high degree of risk, but they are expected to move fast and have an impact. It’s time to go beyond one-way and two-way doors and make better decisions.
